RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
  • Returns and exchanges must be received within 14 days of date of delivery.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • All underwear is final sale- no exceptions. 
  • Sale items are not returnable.
  • Jewelry is not returnable.
  • Web purchases cannot be returned in our stores.
  • Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
  • Only Hearts reserves the right to refuse return of merchandise that does not meet the return policy requirements.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Please email customerservice@onlyhearts.com to receive a Return Authorization number. Please let us know in your email the reason why you are returning items to us (whether it be for fit, color, not as pictured, etc).   You will be emailed a return form with an RA#. Print out the form and include it with your return. Acceptance of returns is dependant on merchandise meeting our return criteria, listed above. If requesting an exchange, shipping will be charged upon sending the exchange, to be paid by the recipient.

Only Hearts is not responsible for return packages that are lost or mishandled. We recommend packages be shipped with insurance and tracking.

Only Hearts does not accept COD packages.

We cannot accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. When your return is received, we will credit the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made. We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to two weeks for your refund to be processed. It can take up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.

SHIPPING

We ship UPS Ground Monday through Friday during business hours.  We are currently unable to ship to PO boxes or FPO/APO.  Most orders received by 11:00AM will go out the next business day but please allow up to 48 hours for processing.  We observe all national holidays so bear that in mind when ordering.

Orders placed on November 21st after 4:00PM EST, November 22nd and November 23rd will be shipped on November 26th.

Orders placed on December 21st after 4:00PM EST, December 24th and December 25th will be shipped on December 26th.

Orders placed on December 28th after 4:00PM EST, December 31st and January 1st  will be shipped on January 2nd.

United States, Canada and Puerto Rico please allow 7 to 10 days for ground service delivery.  Residents of Puerto Rico and Canada please add an additional $5.00 to the charges listed below.  We do not ship ground to Alaska or Hawaii, please refer to our International Shipping information listed below.

Delivery Terms

International customers including customers of Canada and the Caribbean Islands (and not Only Hearts) will be the importers of record and will be responsible for the payment of all customs duties, taxes and levies imposed on imported goods.  Contact the recipient’s customs office for more detailed information.

Your credit card will be billed in US dollars.  Your credit card company will convert the charges into the currency of your country.


Shipping to a Different Address

You can select to send a package to:
1)    “Billing” – the same address as the billing address on your credit card.

2)    “Shipping” – an alternate address other than your billing address.

Gift Boxes and Gift Receipts

Items will be sent in an Only Hearts gift box with ribbon.  A
gift receipt will be enclosed with the sender’s information and
with prices omitted.  International orders will not be gift
boxed but will be wrapped in tissue paper with ribbon.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are sent separately from other items in the order.  They are sent via US Post Office First Class mail unless otherwise specified.  We are unable to expedite shipping on Gift Cards to International customers including customers of Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean Islands.

Gift Wrapping

There is no additional charge for wrapping of gifts.  Please request wrapping in the appropriate section of the order form.

What if my package is not delivered?

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time period please contact us so that we may track your order for you.

Unfortunately, orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer’s expense.  Additionally, orders that are abandoned by the customer, for whatever reason, will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer’s expense.

Creating and Sending Wish Lists

Only visitors registered with the Onlyhearts.com online store may create and send a Wish List. If a Wish List is sent at the request of a registered user, their friends and family who receive the Wish List will be able to see the registered user's desired items, as well as make purchases directly off that list. When a registered user finds an item in the online store that they want, they can click "Add to Wish List." The registered user can then request Onlyhearts.com to forward the registered user's Wish List by providing the e-mail address(es) of the requested recipient(s). Onlyhearts.com will then send an e-mail to the requested recipient(s), which will include a link to the registered user's Wish List. The e-mail address information provided by a registered user in the Wish List feature is not used for any promotional purposes by us or our affiliated companies, nor is such information rented, sold or exchanged with third parties.

Purchasing at the Online Store

If you purchase merchandise through Onlyhearts.com, we will gather personal information (i.e., name, billing and shipping address information, e-mail address, telephone number and credit card information), as well as information about your purchases on our Web site.

Using Information We Collect Online

Onlyhearts.com uses the information you provide when signing up for our mailing list or requesting a catalog to send information about Only Hearts products to you via e-mail and regular postal mail.

The information you provide when registering with the online store or making a purchase with the online store, may also be used for Only Hearts marketing.
